Sharon Harder
Sharon Harder has over two decades of senior management experience focused on post-acute care with significant emphasis on home health and hospice compliance and revenue cycle management. She is recognized as a leading home health and hospice compliance and revenue cycle expert.
She is a regular author and speaker before post-acute care groups.

As the President of C3 Advisors, LLC, Sharon oversees all home health and hospice client projects, the majority of which are focused on compliance issues including ongoing scheduled compliance audits and preparation of responses to investigations and data requests. She works with several compliance committees and attorneys for client organizations on home health and hospice compliance matters. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Home Care Coding and Compliance. Sharon is a regular author of whitepapers and publications designed to help providers understand and implement compliant business and clinical practices. She is the author of quarterly home health and hospice compliance alerts for a major EMR solution vendor, and has made presentations at State and National conferences on topics such as CMS Pre-Claim Review (Review Choice), Emergency Preparedness Requirements, the CMS Probe and Educate initiative, Value Based Purchasing and the 2018 Home Health Conditions of Participation. She is the author of several whitepapers and presentations aimed at helping home health providers prepare for the Patient Driven Grouping Model, scheduled for implementation in 2020.
Kristen Harder
As a founding member of C3 Advisors and C2HR, Kristen works with a variety of clients in the healthcare and dental industries by focusing on the adoption and implementation of HR Best Practices. She concentrates in the areas of legal & corporate compliance, HR audits, compensation & payroll administration, benefits administration, and talent management. Kristen holds a Master’s degree in HR Management and is certified by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Society for Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP – SHRM).
